These terms govern your use of Check In. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. Provide accurate information, protect access to your phone, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not harass others; impersonate anyone; share unlawful, abusive, or infringing content; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt the service; scrape data; or use Check In for emergency monitoring. Respect consent and privacy during calls.

Safety

You control whom you add and may block or report accounts. Check In is not an emergency, medical, or monitoring service. Contact local emergency services when urgent help is needed.

Service availability

Features may change and the service can experience interruptions. Calendar suggestions and notifications are conveniences and are not guaranteed to be complete or timely.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, transmit, display, and process it to operate and improve Check In.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, safety, legal requirements, or protection of the service and its users.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Check In is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
