Email lipsisoftware@gmail.com. Include the app version and a description of the problem. Please do not send verification codes, passwords, or sensitive calendar details.

Account deletion

You can request deletion from Settings in the app. If you cannot access your account, email support from the address above and include your phone number with country code so ownership can be verified.

Safety

Use the in-app block and report controls for unwanted contact. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; Check In is not an emergency service.
